We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from AMARA LUXE. If for any reason you're not, we offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy. Here's how it works:

• The item must be returned in its original condition, with original TAG and packaging intact.
• If the tag is removed, the handbag cannot be returned.
• To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Once your return is approved, you'll receive a return label to ship the item back to us.
• Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note that customized items are not eligible for return.
